Meet our Leadership

Pastor Bill Weaver was born in San Diego, California in 1977. He was married in 1998 to Kelly and they have three children: Trey, Trinity and Nathan Ty. Bill grew up in Arizona and received his Ministerial Credentials in 1998 through the Assemblies of God. He has worked as a Pastor at churches in Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe and Morenci, Arizona. Bill has full-time experience in many forms of ministry, his family has lived in Queen Creek since 2006 and pastored at San Tan Christian Center. 

Kelly was born and raised in Arizona. She married Bill in 1998 and they have 3 children, Trey, Trinity, and Nathan Ty. Kelly attended Arizona State University and Ottawa University and is a certified teacher. She is also Licensed to Preach with the Assemblies of God. Kelly has worked as a Jr. High Social Studies and High School Art teacher, as well a substitute teacher in Special Education. Some of Kelly’s passions and interests include Biblical revelation, historical documentaries, and clothing design. Her prefect day would be spent surrounded by the people that make her laugh! 

Ricardo was born in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. At the age of 18, he traveled to Miami, Florida, where he lived most of his life. In 1996 he married Sandra and they have 3 children, Jonathan, Vanessa and Matthew. In 2012, he and his family moved to Gilbert, AZ. Ricardo has served in the areas of youth ministry, ministries of evangelization, Royal Rangers and has led several world mission trips. Ricardo is licensed to preach with the Assemblies of God. His passion and love for his community motivates him to share the Gospel with everyone he meets.
